Returns & Exchanges

Every Babaloo piece is made by hand in my Lexington studio, and I want you to love yours. If it isn’t quite right, here’s how I can help.

7-day returns and exchanges
You may return or exchange unworn pieces within 7 days of delivery, in their original packaging. For hygiene, earrings can only be returned with their protective backs still in place. Write to me at almeta@babaloojewelry.com to start a return, and I’ll send instructions.

Refunds or store credit
Once your piece arrives back at the studio, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit, whichever you prefer. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, except for exchanges, where I’ll cover shipping your new piece to you.

Arrived damaged?
If your piece arrives damaged, email me a photo within 7 days of delivery and I’ll repair or replace it at no cost.

Custom pieces
Custom and commissioned pieces are made just for you and are final sale.

Lost an earring?
It happens. Write to me and I’ll make you a matching single earring at half price.

Cancellations
Because pieces are made to order, I can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your piece is likely already on my worktable.

A note on handmade
Small variations in color, gold leaf or feather pattern are part of what makes each piece one of a kind, and aren’t considered defects.
